Exercise Nr. 2

3.  Wordcloud
4. My comment:

5.
At first I kind of struggled with writing a well structured comment. Finding the right words to say and finding a way to phrase the comment correctly was a bit hard. I even deleted my comment once. First I obviously greeted the people who made the text and then I tried to think up a simple compliment about it. After that, I made the simple compliment a bit more complex and wrote down what they did well. Then I thought about something they could have done better, but obviously I couldn´t, because I thought it was already great the way it was. Lastly, I promised to share their post and said that I´ll look forward to their next posts. I used the promise as a way to end my comment. I felt a bit weird, being so professional on my friends´ post but I got over that quickly. I feel like this exercise helped me quite a lot, because I usually have a lot of trouble with thinking about what to say.

HOW DID I FEEL ABOUT MAKING A COMMENT

I was really happy, because I really liked the post and I think, that it really helps the author to know how the person that read it, reacted (felt and thought while reading it) because if they thought something wasn't right they could write it in the comment  (constructive criticism) and the author could improve and make a better post, the next time they wrote a post and have that comment in mind. For me it was very good, because I noticed, that I didn't write very good comments. Most of them were very meaningless like, for example : "Great picture" or "Thanks". Now I improved writing a comment and can HELP the other person. Something that I noticed too, about myself, was, that I didn't like it if somebody commented something meaningless like: "Amazing"and so on.  I really like it if somebody criticized me (in a constructive way  of course, not in a mean way) so that later, when I wrote another post, I improved the quality of it by having that specific comment in my mind. So now I'm going to continue writing good comments, so thank you Anselmo for teaching us how to write one.

Comment

I am updating this to classroom. Can anyone show me again how please?

Exercise Nr2

Personal reflection

When Anselmo told us that we had to write a comment on a post I didn´t know what to write except of “Wow! Good post!” like I always do. But then I read the page of "how to think up good comments" and the anatomy of a good comment and it gave me a lot of ideas.
The first thing I did was to look for a post that I thought that I had a lot of things to comment. When I finally found one I started by greeting the author and saying a compliment. Then I wrote the things that we have in common and we both like, like hobbies or movies. After that I wrote about things they said they do and I thought were really cool and interesting. Then I wrote what I liked about the post, and finally I wrote a promise.
I felt really good writing the comment because it made me realize all the things that I have in common with another person. This exercise also made me pay more attention while reading posts because I knew that after reading them I had to comment something about them.

Exercise number 2

When I commented Camila's post I first didn't know what I should comment, except for: " Great!!!", then I read the article about how to think up with good comments and some comments from other classmates and it helped me a lot. So I started writing what I felt while I was reading it, congratulations and why I liked it. I also just wrote the positive things (although nothing was negative). And of course the part of not repeating words was difficult to, especially "I".
I liked commenting a classmate, it is like saying to them in person  if you liked it, what you felt while  you where reading it, etc...    But commenting in a blog is different, more formal (for me), the text is longer,  and its new for me.

Exercise Nr 2 Topic: commenting some posts

 PERSONAL REFLECTION

While I commented on Feli´s post, at first, I felt a little lost, because I did not know how to start the comment. But after reading the instructions on how to comment a post, I felt more confident. Then, I read some comments of other classmates and that helped me to realize, what I really had to put in a comment. So that helped me to. After that, I really thought about, how I felt, reading the post and that is what I commented on. I also concentrated on always finding different words, because then, the comment would be a little more interesting. I also focused on relating some things out of the post with my experiences.
What I also did is evaluate Feli´s post. I think that that is very important, so the owner of the post (the author) knows if I the reader liked the post or not. If you do this, it is important to perform it in a nice way, not hurting the author's feelings or insulting him.
